How To Calculate The Specification Of LED Display

Take the indoor LED display, using ะค3.75 (the unit board specification is: 304mm*152mm, the specification is 64*32 dots) as an example.


    To make a (length) 4m*(height) 3m LED display, the calculation method is as follows:


    4m/0.304m=13.16 At this time, take an integer (can be rounded up), take 13, and then use 13*0.304m=3.952m


    That is: the length that meets the above requirements should be 3.952m. The frame has aluminum or stainless steel, and the aluminum has silver or black. The thickness of the frame is about 8mm and the width is about 3.5mm. The final LED display that meets the above requirements The size is: 3.952+0.07 (the sum of the widths of the borders on both sides) = 4.022m


    The same goes for:


    The calculation method for the height of the LED display screen is: 3m*0.152m (the height of the unit board) = 19.74 to take the integer 20 (rounded up), 20 is the number of unit boards, the net screen body size is: 20*0.152=3.04m, including the frame The size is: 3.04m+0.07m=3.11m.


    Note: Chinese characters are 16*16 dot matrix. Generally, the specification of indoor unit board is 64*32 dot matrix, that is, the height of indoor unit board can generally be cut in half.


    When calculating the height of the indoor LED display just now, you can take 19.5, and the result is: 19.5 (block)*0.152m=2.964m, the size including the frame is: 2.964m+0.07m (the width of the aluminum material)=3.034m


    The calculation method of outdoor LED display: (PH16 outdoor full color, the size of the cabinet: 1024mm*768mm)


    If you specify the width and height of the LED display, you can calculate it in the same way as above: if the customer requires an outdoor full-color screen of 30 square meters. There is no requirement for width and height for the time being, it can be calculated as follows:


    It is usually calculated according to the ratio of 4:3 and 16:9: If the width and height are designed in a ratio of 4:3:


    Width calculation method: the result of 30/12 takes the root sign, then multiplies by 4, and then divides by 1024mm to round up. Then multiply the width of the cabinet by an integer to get the required width of the screen. That is:=1.581*4=6.324/1.024=6.17 rounded to 6. That is: the length of the display screen is: 6*1.024=6.144m.


    The same reason: the calculation method of the height of the LED display screen is: 1.581*3=4.743/0.768=6.17, taking the integer 6.


    That is: the height of the display screen is: 6*0.768=4.608m


    The area of the display screen should be: 6.144*4.608=28.32m.
