2. Anti-typhoon: The installation position of outdoor LED display is different, and the installation method is also different. There are wall-mounted, inlaid, pillar, suspended, etc. So in the typhoon season, in order to prevent the screen of the outdoor LED display from falling, there are strict requirements on the load-bearing steel frame structure of the display. The engineering unit must design and install in strict accordance with the standard of anti-typhoon level, and at the same time have a certain degree of earthquake resistance to ensure that the outdoor LED display will not fall and cause casualties and other hazards.
3. Anti-torrential rain: There is a lot of rain in the south, so the LED display itself must have a high level of waterproof protection to avoid rain erosion. In the outdoor environment, the outdoor LED display must reach the IP65 protection level, the module must be encapsulated by glue, and the waterproof box shall be selected, and the module and the box shall be connected with a waterproof rubber ring.
Four, lightning protection
1. Direct lightning protection: If the outdoor large LED screen is not within the direct lightning protection range of nearby tall buildings, a lightning rod must be installed on the top of the steel structure of the display or near it;
2. Inductive lightning protection: outdoor LED display power system is designed for 1-2 levels of power lightning protection, signal lines are equipped with signal lightning protection, and the computer room power system is designed for level 3 lightning protection, and signal input/ingress equipment in the computer room is added Install signal lightning protection device;
3. All LED display circuits (power and signal) should be shielded and laid in the ground;
4. The front end of the outdoor LED display and the grounding system of the computer room should meet the system requirements. Generally, the grounding resistance of the front end should be less than or equal to 4 ohms, and the grounding resistance of the computer room should be less than or equal to 1 ohm.
