01During storage
In the storage process, first of all, we should pay attention to the indoor and outdoor storage standards.
The following situations are to be avoided:
1. The screen should not be left under the eaves where rain will get wet.
2. The screen is placed in the flight case, and the bottom of the flight case should not be directly exposed to water.
3. The inside of the air box must be kept dry, and there must be no water at the bottom of the air box. If it is already wet, it must be dried in the sun or blown dry.
4. When it hits a southerly windy day, when it is humid and rainy, the wall is easy to condense. Do not place the box taken out against the wall to avoid water drops on the wall.
5. The warehouse must be ventilated and dry, and moist air cannot be gathered in the warehouse; the site should be located in a higher terrain.
02During use
If it is an indoor product for outdoor use, in case of severe storms, you must turn off the power immediately. If you can't remove the screen, quickly cover the screen with a rain cloth prepared in advance, and wait for the sunny day after the rain to take out the box to dry.
If it continues to rain, open the back cover of the box and use a fan to blow dry. Then leave it in a ventilated and dry room for more than 8 hours. Divide the brightness from low to high into 5 levels to light up step by step, and each brightness level must be lit for more than 4 hours to fully dissipate the moisture in the electronic components. Activated carbon or desiccant should be placed in the flight case to absorb the moisture in the flight case.
Even for outdoor rental display screens, due to the complex and changeable use environment, it is inevitable that there will be water in the cabinet. In addition to the above-mentioned measures for water ingress in the indoor screen, it is usually necessary to regularly check whether the waterproof ring of the box body is aging, deformed, or incomplete; whether the screws or locks of the sealing box body are easy to loosen and the pressure is not enough.
03After use
The normal LED rental display body should be put into the flight case and put into storage as soon as possible after use. In the wet season, after the air box is stored in the warehouse, the gap of the air box should be covered with a film to prevent moisture from entering the packaging.
For screens that have been left for a long time, we should frequently power on for maintenance and debugging. Once a customer kept the screens in the warehouse for half a year without lighting. As a result, there were many bad points when starting up and using them. If you master the correct maintenance knowledge, you can completely avoid this. Class problem.
After all, LED rental displays are precision electronic equipment, and regular energization and moisture-proofing should be a routine habit. If a large area of the lamp is dead due to the influx of water that is not treated in time, there is basically no value in repairing the lamp. Contact the manufacturer to buy a new batch of modules.
