In line with the purpose of considering the interests of outdoor advertising LED display customers, Fly LED LTD marketing personnel visited the industry and commerce and other departments to sort out the documents and requirements required for advertisers to place advertisements on outdoor advertising LED displays.

    Basic requirements for applying for outdoor advertising registration:


    1. Obtain the business qualifications in accordance with the application items in accordance with the law, and have the ownership of the corresponding outdoor advertising media.


    2. The place and form of the advertisement are within the scope permitted by national laws and meet the requirements of the local people's government and the advertising management department's outdoor advertising setting plan.


    3. Outdoor advertising media are generally not allowed to publish all kinds of non-advertising information, and those with special needs shall comply with relevant national regulations.


    2. The supporting documents that should be provided when applying for the "Outdoor Advertising Registration Certificate":


    1. A copy of the advertising business license.


    2. A copy of the agreement for the use of the advertising release site (original).


    3. A copy of the business license.


    4. An advertising contract (original).


    5. A copy of "Application Form for Outdoor Advertising Registration" must be filled in.


    6. According to laws and regulations, it needs to be approved by the relevant government departments, and the approval documents issued by the relevant departments should be submitted.


    3. Registration procedures and related requirements


    1. An application for outdoor advertisement registration shall be submitted to the industrial and commercial office of the place where the advertisement is released 30 days before the advertisement is released. The registration shall be accepted after the supporting documents are complete, and the registration fees shall be paid in accordance with the regulations.


    2. Outdoor advertisements that have been reviewed and approved must be published according to the registered location, form, specifications, time, etc., and may not be changed without authorization. The registration approval number must be published at the same time as the advertisement content.


    3. If an outdoor advertisement is not published within three months after registration, it shall apply to the original registration authority for cancellation of registration.


    If it has already been registered and needs to extend the advertisement release time or change other registration items, it shall apply to the original registration authority for the modification registration.


    Procedures for setting up outdoor billboards! ! There must be a lease agreement for the place where the advertisement is set up, a map of the advertising location, a safety certificate, and a proof of electricity use, a structural drawing, a photo before setting and a rendering after setting, and the approval report of the city management is reported to the city management department for approval.
