1. Check and confirm that the serial cable used to connect to the controller is a straight-through cable, not a crossover cable.
2. Make sure that the control system hardware has been powered on correctly. If it is not powered on, it must be powered on as soon as possible.
3. Check and confirm that the serial port cable of the electronic display is intact, and the two ends are not loose or fall off.
4. Check whether the jumper cap in the screen is loose or falling off. If not, make sure that the jumper cap is in the correct direction.
5. Compare the control software of the electronic screen and the control card you choose to select the correct product model, the correct transmission method and serial port number, the correct serial transmission rate, and set the control system hardware according to the switch diagram provided in the software. Address.
If it still fails to load after passing the above checks, it is recommended to use a multimeter to measure it. Check whether the serial port of the computer or the control system hardware connected to the LED electronic display is damaged, and then confirm whether it should be sent to the manufacturer to repair it, so that the problem of loading failure can be solved.
